To those who have believed and lived righteous lives are opened windows from their places in Paradise.

To those who have believed and lived righteous lives are opened windows from their places in Paradise. The Messenger Muhammad stated that the souls of the righteous are drawn out as gently as the flowing of water from a pitcher. Better than that, martyrs do not feel the agonies of death and do not know themselves to be dead; instead, they consider themselves to be transferred into a better world and enjoy perfect happiness.

One dies how one lives. That is, one who lives a good, righteous life, dies a happy one, while another one who lives a wicked life dies a wicked one.
